John’s Cranberry-Citrus Chutney

1 bag of fresh Cranberries, washed.
1 and 3/4 cups Sugar
1 Granny Smith Apple, Peeled and washed
1 Orange, zest and juice
1 Lemon, zest and juice

Options: 3/4 cup raisins and/or 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans.

Cook the cranberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water over low heat for 5 minutes or until the skins on the berries open. Add the apple, zests, and juices and cook for 15 minutes.
