1 package of Crescent Rolls
8 ounces of Cheddar/Pizza Cheese mix (Your choice on type and amount.)
3/4 -1 pound, cooked & crumbled Sausage
1 cup frozen, shredded, Hash Browns, thaw slightly
3 Eggs whisked with 2 tablespoons Milk

Using a pizza pan or stone, lay out the crescent rolls (triangle shape) in a circle and begin pinching them together to form crust, put an edge on the outer rim like real pizza.
First sprinkle on the sausage, hash browns, cheese, and finally very slowly pour on the beaten eggs. I like to add a touch of garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper to my eggs. You can also add diced tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.

Serve it for a late brunch with a salad and you've got a full meal.
